Floor Construction
The floor consists of an insulated timber cassette structure topped with a thermally activated screed layer. Underfloor heating and cooling systems are available upon request.
Roof Construction
The roof is constructed using a timber cassette system, insulated with sustainable wood fibre boards and waterproofed with a durable bituminous membrane. The interior ceiling is fitted with fire-rated painted plasterboard, integrated with downward-facing spotlights. Optionally, the roof can be finished with a durable metal standing seam covering.
Wall Construction
All walls are constructed from timber cassettes, adequately insulated with sustainable wood fibre boards.
Terrace Structure
The main terrace structure is comprised of an intuitively designed scaffold system, making the structure highly flexible and easy to assemble.
Terrace Floor
The terrace is partially planked with durable timber composite decking boards, textured with linear grooves for slip resistance. The extent of the decking is entirely customizable.
Textile Canopy
The internal pod and external terrace are shaded by a high-performance Flexlight Ferrari 402 textile canopy, providing additional sun protection.
Glazing
The front and left side of the structure feature fixed glazing panels framed in natural, brushed aluminium, supplied by Alumed. The bathroom includes a 60 cm circular window from Alumed’s Omega Thermic series, which opens inward for efficient ventilation.
Glass Sliding Door
The main entrance is a sliding door, also framed in natural aluminium. When opened, the door slides parallel to the exterior façade, providing a wide opening to the terrace for seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
